Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a small bowl, combine 1 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp black pepper, 2 minced garlic cloves and a pinch of chili flakes.

Rub this seasoning mixture on both sides of the ahi tuna steaks. Grease a shallow baking dish with olive oil and arrange 4 ahi tuna steaks.

In another bowl, combine 6 tbs olive oil, 2 tbs teriyaki sauce and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Pour this mixture over the fish steaks.

Bake the fish for 30 minutes. Baste the tuna twice with the baking juices during cooking. The fish is ready when it flakes easily with a fork.
