Cooking instructions

Mix 2 tbs of dark sesame oil with 2 tbs of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of lime juice, 1 garlic clove and 1 tbs of fresh ginger.

Coat the ahi tuna with this marinade and put it in the refridgerator for at least 1 hour.

Heat a skillet over medium to high heat and sear the ahi tuna for 1 minute on each side. If you prefer less rare tuna, leave each side for 30 seconds more.
4.
Remove the ahi tuna form the skillet and cut it into slices with a sharp knife.
5.
Sprinkle the tuna with some fresh green onion and serve with rice and vegetables of your choice.
