Cooking instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray some cooking oil in an oven safe dish.

Pat 4 redfish fillets dry with paper towel and place them skin-side down in the baking dish.

Combine 1/4 cup of melted butter with 2 tbs of lemon juice, 2 tbs of chopped onion, 1 tsp of paprika powder and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the fish fillets.

Bake the redfish fillets for 20 minutes.

The fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
