Cooking instructions
1.
Cut 1 lb of onions into slices or cubes.
2.
Heat a sauté pan over medium heat and add 2 tbs of vegetable oil.
3.
Add the sliced onions, sprinkle with salt to taste and stir to coat the onions with the oil.
4.
Sauté the onions for 2 minutes. Stir the onions well and sauté for another 2 minutes.
5.
Repeat this until all the onions are evenly browned, up to 10 minutes.
