Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 500°F.

Mix 3/4 cup of milk with 2 tsp of salt. In another recipient, mix 3/4 cups of bread crumbs with 1/4 cup grated Parmezan cheese and some fresh thyme.

Pass 4 haddock fillets in the milk, then press coat them with the bread crumbs mixture.

Place the haddock fillets in a glass oven dish and drizzle some melted butter on top.
5.
Bake the haddock on the top rack of the oven for about 15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily.
