Cooking instructions
1.
Remove the stems of 1 lb of spinach. If you are using baby spinach, leave the stems on.
2.
Wash the spinach and dry well.
3.
Heat a sauté pan over medium heat and add 2 tbs of olive oil.
4.
Add the spinach to the sauté pan once the oil is hot, stirring it in a small amount at a time.
5.
Sauté the spinach for 2 to 4 minutes until completely wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
