Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Season the fish with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle 2 tbs of olive oil on a baking tray.

On a plate, mix 1/4 cups of grated Parmezan cheese, 1/3 cups of bread crumbs, 4 crushed garlic cloves and the zest of 1 lemon. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

Pass the flounder in the bread mixture and make sure it sticks to the fish.
4.
Lay the flounder on the baking tray and drizzle with 2 tbs of olive oil and the juice of 1 lemon.
5.
Bake the fish for 20 minutes until golden brown and the fish flakes easily.
