Cooking instructions

1. Allow 2 steaks to rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Season them with salt to taste.
2. Preheat the grill for 15 minutes. Place 4 oz of melted butter in a baking tray with 5 crushed garlic cloves and some fresh rosemary and thyme. Set aside.
3. Grill the steaks for 2 to 3 minutes over high heat until lightly charred. Flip them and grill for an extra 2 to 3 minutes on the other side.
4. Transfer the steaks into the baking tray with the butter and marinate for 10 minutes. Spoon some butter over the meat as well.
5. Take the steaks out of the tray and season with freshly ground pepper and a pinch of sea salt.
