Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Season the ribs with salt and pepper and lay the out in a single layer in a roasting pan, fatty side up.

Cover the pan completely with tin foil and place in the preheated oven for 2 hours.

Then carefully check if the eat is starting to become tender. If the ribs still feel tough, cover them again and place in the oven for another 15 to 30 minutes.

When done, transfer the ribs to a plate and drain the cooking liquid. Place the ribs back in the pan and coat them generously with BBQ sauce.

Reduce the temperature to 275°F and bake the ribs for an extra hour, uncovered. The ribs are done when the meat starts to fall apart. Leave to rest for 5 minutes and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
