Cooking instructions

Combine 1 tbs of olive oil, 1 tbs of lime juice, 2 minced garlic cloves, salt, pepper and 1 tsp of cornstarch in a large ziplock bag. Add 1 lb of chicken thighs.

Place the bag in the refridgerator and leave it for at least half an hour before preparing. If you have time, leave it overnight.

Remove the chicken from the marinade. Don't keep the marinade as the chicken will have soaked up all the flavors.

Place the chicken in a heated pan and cook it for 6 to 7 minutes on each side. If you have a meat thermometer, check the internal temperature of 165°F.

Take the chicken out of the pan, let it cool off and shred it for the tacos.
