Cooking instructions

1. Fill a pan with water and submerge the chicken breasts.
2. Add 1 tsp of black peppercorns, 2 crushed garlic cloves, a couple of lemon slices, 1.5 tsp of salt and some rosemary and thyme if you wish.
3. Heat the water until it simmers, lower the heat and cook the chicken breasts for 10 minutes
4. Remove the chicken from the broth when the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 155°F.
