Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 390°F. Mix 1 cup of tomato ketchup with 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, 2 tsp of Worcester sauce, 4 tbs of brown sugar, 2 tsp of mustard, 2 tsp of onion powder, 0.5 tsp of salt and 0.5 tsp of pepper to create the BBQ sauce. Add 1 cup of water and stir everything in an oven dish.

Place 3 lbs of chicken thighs or wings skin side down in the BBQ sauce. Use a spoon to coat the chicken evenly. Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the oven, turn it, coat it again with BBQ sauce and bake for another 30 minutes.

Spoon some more BBQ sauce over the chicken and broil for 2 to 3 minutes to caramelise the sauce.
5.
Serve the chicken with a side of potatoes and your favorite vegetables.
