Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 170°C or 150°C for a fan assisted oven. Cover the ham with aluminum foil and place it on a roasting rack in a roasting pan.

Bake the ham for 2.5 to 3 hours.

Prepare the glaze when there's 45 minutes of cooking time left. Whisk 110g of sugar together with 60 g of mustard, 1tbs of apple cider vinegar and 480 ml of apple cider.

Simmer the glaze until reduced by half and brush it on the ham every 10 minutes.
5.
Remove the ham for the oven and leave it to rest for 15 minutes. Serve with sliced apples and thyme.
