Cooking instructions
1.
Rinse 1 bunch of Swiss chard. Cut the leaves from the stalks. Cut the stalks in 1" pieces and chop the leaves in strips. Keep both separate.

Heat 2 tbs olive oil in a sauté pan and add 1 minced garlic clove. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant.
3.
Add the pieces of chard stalks and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
4.
Add the chard leaves, toss well, cover the pan and cook for 3 to 4 extra minutes. Stir halfway.
5.
Check if the chard is tender. If not, cover again and cook some more.
