Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the water bath of the slow cooker to 129°F.
2. Season both sides of 1 beef steak to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Put the steak in a sous vide bag and add 2 tbs olive oil. Add some fresh thyme and rosemary.
4. Transfer the bag to the slow cooker and tighten the top of the bag over the edge. Leave the top of the bag open to allow steam to escape. Cook for 60 minutes.
5. Melt 1 tbs butter in a heated skillet and sear the steak for 2 minutes per side.
