Cooking instructions

1. Heat the oven to 375°F.
2. Clean 1 sheepshead fish, rinse it and pat it dry with paper towel. Season the inside with sea salt and ground black pepper. Stuff some fresh dill in the cavity.
3. Bake the fish for 25 to 30 minutes.
4. When done, spread 2 tbs of softened butter mixed with 1 tbs of flour on the fish. Turn the broiler of the oven on.
5. Broil the fish for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve the sheepshead with slices of lemon and fresh parsley.
