Cooking instructions

Cut 2.5 lbs of rabbit in pieces. Make the marinade: combine salt, black pepper, a few crushed garlic cloves, 1/3 cup of white wine, 1/3 cup of red wine and 1/3 of olive oil. Marinate the rabbit for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Place the rabbit in an oven dish and bake for 1 hour, until golden brown.

Baste the rabbit every 15 minutes with the marinade.
5.
Serve the roasted rabbit with potato mash or chips.
