Cooking instructions

In a ziplock bag, combine 3/4 cup of olive oil, 3/4 cup of dark brown sugar, 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar, 8 minced garlic cloves, 1.5 tbs of Worcester sauce, 1 tbs of salt, 2 tsp of black pepper, 2 tsp of chili flakes and 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary.

Leave a 2 lbs top round or flank steak to marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight if you have the time. Preheat the grill to 450°F.

Take the flank steak out of the bag and sear for 4 to 6 minutes per side, rotating regularly.

The London broil is ready when the internal temperature reaches 130 to 135°F for medium rare doneness.
5.
Leave the meat to rest for 10 minutes on a cutting board before slicing against the grain.
