Cooking instructions

Peel and grate 2 potatoes. Squeeze a maximum of moisture out of the potatoes using a kitchen towel.

Heat a frying pan. Add 1 tbs of butter in the pan, then add the potatoes.

Make sure the potatoes are completely covered in butter by tossing them. Form portions using two spoons and flatten the hash browns.
4.
Fry the hash browns for 3 to 4 minutes on one side. Flip them and fry the other side for 2 to 3 minutes. Do not touch the hash browns during cooking.
5.
Serve the hash browns hot with your favorite breakfast items.
