Cooking instructions

Chop an onion and cook the onion slices in some butter until they start to brown.

Add some more butter and fry the brats.

Turn the brats several times until they are fully done. Cook the sausages over medium heat. You don't want to burn them.

Add some sauerkraut to the skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Let it soak up all the cooking juices.
