Cooking instructions
1.
Rub 4 tbs of brown sugar all over the pork butt (aka pork shoulder) and make sure to coat every side completely.

Put the pork in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight if you have the time.
3.
Take the foil off the meat . Place an aluminum tray under the middle part of your grill and pour 2 cups of beef broth into it.
4.
Place the pork butt in the middle of the grill and leave on low heat for 2.5 hours. Only work with the side burners and turn off the middle burner to prevent the meat from burning.
5.
Remove the pork butt from the grill and wrap it in aluminum foil and cook for another 1.5 hours on low heat.
