Cooking instructions
1.
Peel 2 large yams. Cut them into cubes.

Heat 2 tsp coconut oil in a skillet for a couple of minutes.
3.
Add the yam to the skillet and stir will to coat them with the oil.
4.
Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp dry parsley to the skillet and stir well.
5.
Roast the yam cubes for 15 to 20 minutes until tender but crispy on the outside.
