Cooking instructions

1. Cut 8 oz tempeh in small pieces. Heat 1 tbs olive oil in a non-stick skillet.
2. Add the tempeh to the skillet and brown it for 5 minutes.
3. Add 8 oz sugar snap peas for 2 to 3 minutes until they are bright green and tender, but still crispy.
4. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and 1 tbs minced ginger. Fry until fragrant. Add 2 tbs soy sauce and cook for 30 seconds.
5. Serve the tempeh with rice.
