Cooking instructions

Rinse 1 cup of quinoa under running water. Drain well.
2.
Heat some olive oil in a skillet and toast the quinoa for 2 minutes.
3.
Add 1.5 cups of water and 0.5 tsp of salt. Bring to a boil.
4.
Place the lid on the saucepan and cook for 15 minutes.
5.
Remove the pan from the stove and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Fluff the quinoa with a fork.
