Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium high heat.

Pat a 2 lbs porterhouse steak dry with paper towels and season it with salt and pepper. Melt 1 tbs of butter in the skillet.

Sear the steak for 4 minutes per side.
