Cooking instructions

Heat the oven to 425°F. Pat 2 pork loins dry with paper towel and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tbs of vegetable oil in a cast iron skillet and sear the pork for 2 minutes on each side, until browned all over.

Sprinkle the dry rub over the pork.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 10 to 15 minutes.
5.
Remove the pork from the oven and transfer it on a plate. Cover it with aluminum foil and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
