Cooking instructions

Seaosn 4 pork chops with salt and pepper and leave the meat at room temperature for 30 minutes. Heat the oven to 375°F.

Pat the pork dry with paper towel. Heat 1 tbs of vegetable oil in a cast iron pan and cook the pork chops for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.

Flip the pork chops and season them with fresh thyme. Cover the pan with foil.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8 to 15 minutes. The meat is ready when the internal temperature has reached 145°F or when the juices run clear.

Place the pork chops on a plate and tent with aluminum foil. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.
