Cooking instructions

Pat 4 pieces of cod fillets dry with paper towels and season them with salt, freshly ground black pepper, onion powder and paprika powder to taste.

Place 1 tbs of butter and 1 tbs of olive oil in a pan and heat up. Place the fish fillets in the pan with 1 sprig of fresh thyme and 3 garlic cloves.

Fry the fish fillets for 4 to 5 minutes until the crust is golden brown and crispy.

Flip the fish and fry the other side for 4 to 5 more minutes. Don't let the garlic burn.

Remove from the pan, tent with tin foil and reserve. Add the juice of 1 lemon in the pan and deglaze. Spoon over the fish.
