Cooking instructions

Cut 2 lbs of boneless goat loin in cubes and form skewers.

Mix 1 cup of yoghurt with 2 tbs of orange juice, 1 tbs of ground cilantro, 1 tsp of turmeric, 0.5 tsp of cumin and 0.5 tsp of salt. Coat the skewers with this marinade and leave in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours.

Preheat the oven to 300°F.

Use tin foil to make foil packs with 2 skewers at a time. Place the packs on a baking sheet.

Roast the meat for 1 hour. The meat is ready when it falls apart when poked with a fork. If not, return to the oven for an extra 30 minutes.
