Cooking instructions

Rinse 1 lb of frozen corn under cold water to remove all the ice. Drain in a colander.

Place 1 tbs of butter and 4 tbs of corn in a skillet over medium heat.

Add 1 tsp of sugar to the corn and stir until the butter is melted. Heat the corn for 5 to 6 minutes, but do not cook.

Season the corn with some kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

Serve immediately as a side with your dinner.
