Cooking instructions

Heat 2 tbs of olive oil in a cast iron skillet and place 2 popcorn kernels on the bottom. Cover and wait for the kernels to pop.

When the kernels have popped, take the skillet off the heat and pour in 0.5 cup of popcorn kernels. Cover the pot again and shake it a little to distribute the oil. Leave to rest for 60 seconds.

Turn the heat back up and replace the skillet. When the kernels start to pop, tilt the cover so that the steam can escape.

Leave the skillet on medium heat until the popping has almost come to a complete stop.
