Cooking instructions

1. Make the marinade. Mix 3 tbs of lemon juice with 2 tbs of olive oil, 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of chili powder in a ziplock bag. Place the meat in the bag and leave to marinate between 1 and 24 hours in the fridge.
2. Heat the oven to 550°F at broiling function. Place an oven rack right under the heating element of the oven and line a pan with tin foil.
3. Remove the steak from the marinade and place it in the pan. Broil it for 4 to 6 minutes per side.
4. The steak is done when the internal temperature reaches 135°F for medium doneness.
5. Leave the steak to rest for 5 minutes before carving it against the grain and serving.
