Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Pierce the skin of a 4.5 lbs duck with a toothpick and season it all over with salt.

Place the duck on a baking tray and roast for 100 minutes. Duck should bake 20 minutes + 20 minutes per pound.

Remove the duck from the oven. Cover it well with tin foil.
