Cooking instructions

In a bowl, combine 1 cup of Japanese bread crumb and 0.5 cup of grated Parmezan cheese. Pour 1 cup of bread crumbs into another bowl.

Slice 4 chicken breasts in strips and flatten them with a meat hammer or rolling pin. Beat 2 large eggs and 1/4 cup of milk in a plate and season with salt and pepper.

Dip the strips in the egg mixture, then in the bread crumbs. Dip the breaded strips back into the egg mixture and coat them with the panko mixture.

Pour about 1/4 inch of cooking oil in a skillet and heat the oil. Fry the chicken strips for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Flip them and fry for an extra 2 minutes.
5.
Work in batches. Drain the chicken cutlets on paper towerl. Serve with lemon.
