Cooking instructions
1.
Cut 1 large head of cauliflower into small florets and rinse them under fresh water.
2.
Heat 2 tbs of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
3.
Add half of the cauliflower florets to the pan and sauté them for about 10 minutes. Toss regularly.
4.
When the florets are fork tender, remove them from the pan and sauté the other half.
5.
Season the florets with salt and pepper to taste.
