Cooking instructions

In a baking dish, combine 2 tbs chopped rosemary, 2 tbs olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon zest and 2 minced garlic cloves.

Arrange 4 beef tenderloin steaks to the dish and coat both sides with the marinade. Cover the dish and place the meat in the fridge for 1 hour.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the steaks from the marinade and shake off any excess.

Cook the steaks undisturbed for 2 minutes on each side.
5.
Allow the steaks to rest under aluminum foil for 5 minutes before serving.
