Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 285°F. Coat the ribs dry.
2. Create a seasoning with 1 tbs of the herbs, 1 tsp of chili powder and 1 tsp of salt and coat the ribs on both sides. If needed, use some olive oil. Rub this mix all over the rack of short ribs.
3. Place the short ribs in a roasting tray and pour over 13 oz of red wine. Cover the ribs with tin foil and bake for 4 hours.
4. Remove the short ribs from the oven and cover them. Skim the fat from the cooking liquid. Turn up the heat of the oven up to 350°F. Reduce the cooking liquid on the stovetop for 5 to 10 minutes and add BBQ sauce. Brush this coating on the ribs.
5. Bake the ribs for another 15 minutes before serving with some herbs to your liking.
