Cooking instructions
1.
Wash 2 medium zucchini and slice off the ends.
2.
Create zoodles by using a mandoline, a spiralizer or a julienne peeler.
3.
Heat 1 tbs olive oil in a skillet and sauté 2 minced garlic cloves for 30 seconds.
4.
Add the zoodles and toss them with the garlic for 1 minute.
5.
Sprinkle the zoodles with grated parmezan and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss one last time and serve.
