Cooking instructions
1.
Cut 1.5 lb top sirloin steak in pieces. Season the meat with salt, pepper and 2 tsp creole seasoning.

Heat 1 tbs olive oil in a cast iron skillet.

When the oil starts to smoke, place the steak tips in the skillet in one single layer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
4.
Turn the steak tips and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on the other side. Add 3 tbs butter and 2 crushed garlic cloves to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
5.
Add 2 tbs soy sauce and 1 sliced onion and stir everything to evenly coat the steak tips. Serve immediately.
