Cooking instructions

Season 2 ribeye steaks with kosher salt and allow to reach room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.

Preheat a cast-iron skillet for a couple of minutes and add 1 tbs olive oil when hot.

Place the steaks in the skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, while turning the meat every 30 seconds.
