Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 500°F.

Pat 4 plucked quails dry with paper towel. Brush them with butter and season with salt.

Place the quails in a roasting pan. Make sure they have enough space.

Roast the quails for 12 to 18 minutes depending on the desired doneness. 12 minutes will leave the quails a little pink inside, 18 minutes will give you a browner and drier quail.
5.
Allow the quails to rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes before serving.
