Cooking instructions
1.
Clean a 2 lbs hanger steak by removing all silver skin and fat. Separate the meat in 2 long pieces.

Season the meat with salt and pepper.
3.
Heat a pan. Then add 1 tbs of clarified butter. Place the meat in the pan and reduce the heat.
4.
Roast the beef for 12 minutes until the internal temperature reads 125°F.
5.
Reserve on a warm plate and cover loosely with tin foil for 10 minutes before serving.
