Cooking instructions
1.
Wash 1 lb of Brussels sprouts, trim them and cut them in halves. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add some olive oil.

Dispose the Brussels sprouts cut-side down in the skillet. Fry them for 5 to 8 minutes.
3.
Add salt and freshly ground pepper and stir the Brussels sprouts every couple of minutes. Fry for 6 to 8 extra minutes until they are browned completely.
4.
Stir in 1 tbs of pine nuts and toast them. This goes very quickly, be careful not to let them burn.
5.
Transfer the Brussels sprouts and pine nuts to a bowl and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
