Cooking instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Spray some cooking oil on a baking sheet.

Heat some oil in a skillet and cook the meat of 6 oz of pork sausage. Add 1/4 cup of chopped water chestnuts, 2 minced spring onions and 1 tbs of soy sauce. Cook for 3 minutes while stirring frequently.
3.
Brush the edges of 16 wonton wrappers with water and add a tb of meat mixture on each one. Fold it to form a triangle and press the edges to make potstickers.
4.
Bake the 16 potstickers on a baking sheet for 10 to 15 minutes.
5.
Serve the potstickers with sweet and sour sauce or hot sauce.
