Cooking instructions

In a shallow dish, combine 1.5 cups of flour with 2 tbs of paprika powder and 0.5 tsp of salt. Reserve.

In a bowl, mix 1 egg with 1 cup of milk.

Heat 0.5 cups of butter in a frying pan. Pass 2 perch fillets through the egg mixture first, then coat them with the flour.

Place the fillets in the hot butter and brown them on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes.

Remove the fish from the pan, drain on paper towel to absorb the excess butter and serve warm.
