Cooking instructions

Preheat the grill for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, season the bluefish fillets to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Coat the fillets with olive oil and place them on the frill, skin side down. Grill for 3 minutes. Close the lid.

Turn the heat to medium, turn the fish onto the flesh side and grill for another 3 minutes. Close the lid.

Grill the fish until you see the flakes of the bluefish separate.
5.
Place the fish on a plate with lemon juice. The fillets will soak up the juice for extra flavor. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
