Cooking instructions

Heat some vegetable oil in a skillet and add 2 chopped green onions, 4 finely chopped garlic cloves and 1 chopped bok choy. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until tender.

Fill a saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, combine 1 tbs of dark soy sauce, 1 tbs of light soy sauce, 1 tsp of sesame oil, 3 tbsp of sweet chili sauce and 1 tsp of chili flakes.

Boil the ramen noodles according to the cooking instructions. Drain them.

Place the noodles and the sauce in the saucepan and cook everything together for 2 to 3 minutes.
5.
Serve the ramen with the vegetables and some sesame seeds.
