Cooking instructions

1. Heat some vegetable oil in a skillet and add 2 chopped green onions, 4 finely chopped garlic cloves and 1 chopped bok choy. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until tender.
2. Fill a saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, combine 1 tbs of dark soy sauce, 1 tbs of light soy sauce, 1 tsp of sesame oil, 3 tbsp of sweet chili sauce and 1 tsp of chili flakes.
3. Boil the ramen noodles according to the cooking instructions. Drain them.
4. Place the noodles and the sauce in the saucepan and cook everything together for 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Serve the ramen with the vegetables and some sesame seeds.
