Cooking instructions
1.
Preheat the water in the sous vide cooker to 165°F.

Coat a 2 lbs pork butt with dry rub. If the pork is too big to fit in the sous vide bag, cut in in smaller pieces.

Place the sous vide bag in the preheated water and cook for 18 to 24 hours.

The pork is ready when the meat is tender.
5.
Remove the bag from the water and take the pork out. Rub it dry with paper towel, sprinkle it with some salt and sear it for 1 to 2 minutes per side in a skillet. Serve with the juices from the sous vide bag.
