Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. Combine 1 cup of water with 3 tbs of brown sugar, 2 tbs of Worcester sauce and 5 cloves in an oven dish.

3. Place 2 slices of ham steaks in the baking dish and coat them well with the mixture.

4. Cover the ham completely. Add more water if necessary.

5. Bake the ham steaks for 35 to 45 minutes, until tender.
