Cooking instructions

Season 4 chicken breasts with salt and pepper and leave to rest for 15 minutes.

Prepare the marinade and transfer to a ziplock bag: combine 1 tsp of salt with 1/3 cup of honey, 1 tbs of rice vinegar and a minced head of garlic.

Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and leave in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
4.
Heat some olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken breasts for 6 to 7 minutes with the lid on. Flip the chicken breasts and cook for another 6 to 7 minutes.
5.
Serve the chicken with steamed vegetables and rice.
